Youth Training (Girls & Boys - Ages 4 to 8)

GENERAL TRAINING PROGRAM INFORMATION

Keep our younger players active!. A great program for our little ones.

*Registration is offered on a “first-come first-served”. Space is limited.

Frequency:
- Training Twice (preferred) or Once a week. Saturdays and/or Sundays (1 hour training session).
Schedule preferences: Pick 1 (Half) or 2 preferred (for Full)

8 Week training sessions (16 Training sessions / 1 hour training session)

From January 8 to February 27, 2022.

What to Bring:
Practice Jersey, Futsal Soccer Shoes (No cleats are allowed on the Basketball court), Soccer Shoes (Outdoor Turf Field), Shin-guards, Soccer Ball and Water-bottle. *Indoor Venues: Players must wear masks. *Outdoor Venues: All participants (coaches and players) and spectators are no longer required to wear facemasks, although individuals are entitled to make their own personal decision and all such decisions should be respected.

MSI Outdoor League (U14/U15/U17 Girls)

GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION

We're excited to bring you another opportunity to keep your kids active in a safe and healthy environment over the winter months.

*Registration is offered on a “first-come first-served”. Space is limited.

Coaching Staff:

Participating Teams:
- U14 Girls BENGALS/JAGUARS,
- U15 Girls TIGERS II,
- U17 Girls CAPITALS

Activity:
All teams will be scheduled to play 7 games.
NO "rain cancellation".

Dates:
Games begin the weekend of Weekend of Dec. 4-5 and run through February (no games the weekend of Dec 25/26 or Jan 1/2 and games will be scheduled over the MLK and President's Day weekends).

Days, Times & Locations:
- Saturdays or Sundays.
- Start times will range between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- MSI's Winter Soccer League will take advantage of our new synthetic turf fields at Julius West MS, Whitman HS, and Einstein HS.

What to Bring:
Bag with Official Club Uniform (home (Navy) and away (Red) jersey, short, blue socks, Soccer Shoes (Outdoor Turf Field), shin guards, ball & water bottle. *All participants (coaches, players, and referees) and spectators are no longer required to wear facemasks, although individuals are entitled to make their own personal decision and all such decisions should be respected.

GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION

Activity:
Matches will be played on turf without exception to ensure the best quality pitches and field conditions regardless of weather. Matches will only be canceled if the turf fields are covered in snow/ice without sufficient time to plow or driving conditions are deemed hazardous. The league does qualify you for state cup competition.

Dates:
Games begin Saturday, January 22 | Ends Sunday, February 27.

- Saturdays: From 2:30 to 4:00 PM at St. Andrew's Episcopal School (Hope Turf field) (8804 Postoak Rd, Potomac, MD 20854).

What to Bring:
Practice Jersey, Futsal Soccer Shoes (No cleats are allowed on the Basketball court), Soccer Shoes (Outdoor Turf Field), Running shoes (Physical), Shin-guards, Soccer Ball and Water-bottle. *Indoor Venues: Players must wear masks. *Outdoor Venues: All participants (coaches and players) and spectators are no longer required to wear facemasks, although individuals are entitled to make their own personal decision and all such decisions should be respected.

MEDICAL AND RELOCATION REFUND REQUESTS
In the event that a player is injured during the season and cannot play or practice for the remainder of the season, the Board may consider providing a partial refund. Families must submit a written request with a physician note to the registrar. In the event that a family relocates out of the area during the season the Board may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Families must submit a written request to the registrar. Please note that refundable amounts are time-sensitive as costs accrue to the Club for services provided to the team based on player headcount each month. Consequently, the refundable amount will be affected by the date you request the refund, not the date of the event.
