PROGRAM DETAILS

We are excited to begin our spring Toca Smiles program! This program is designed to incorporate neurodiverse athletes onto the field. We welcome kids, teenagers, and young adults with Autism, Asperger’s, and other developmental disorders to join Toca. Toca strives to develop community and belonging, two primary focuses we will also prioritize in this team. In addition, we will work on fine tuning coordination and fitness in the context of a non-competitive and fun soccer program.

The practices will take place at the Toca Juniors Soccer Complex in Ijamsville, Maryland for 11 Sundays from March 22, 2026 to June 14, 2026 (3/22, 3/29, 4/12, 4/19, 4/26, 5/3, 5/10, 5/17, 5/31, 6/7, 6/13) from 10:00 to 11:00 am. There will be NO training: 4/5 and 5/24. The cost for the season will be $100.

There will be one hour of exercise, incorporating the ball through fun activities, and end with fifteen minutes designated for socializing to facilitate forming bonds and relationships within the team. If you are interested in signing your child up for this opportunity please use the REGISTRATION & WAIVER FORM option. As this program focuses on development rather than a fixed age/gender group, the Smiles team will be available to all age co-ed players.

There is a buddy system to encourage Toca players, friends, and any parent that may want to join to get involved in the community. We will have mandatory training for these buddies before the season and offer Student Service Learning (SSL) hours to any student participating.

Can't wait to see you all out on the field!
