2024 Summer Season

Boys & Girls (Ages 4 to 18)

Improving skills, making friends & staying fit!

*Registration is offered on a “first-come first-served”. Space is limited

Activity:
2 Week Sessions

Activities will be held mostly outdoors, weather permitting. Please make sure players are prepared for both indoor and outdoor activities. We do have access to the multipurpose room and office space in the event of inclement weather.

NO "rain dates" and no rescheduling of training.
NO "rain cancellation".
"Cancellation for THUNDER" at the field.

Dates:
From July 22 to August 2, 2024.
Week 1: 7/22, 7/23/, 7/24, 7/25, 7/26.
Week 2: 7/29, 7/30/, 7/31, 8/1, 8/2.

Time & Location:
- From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Toca Juniors Soccer Complex (3348 Big Woods Rd, Ijamsville, MD 21754).

⁠*Private transportation from Bethesda/Potomac will be arranged if needed ($100 p/w).

What to Bring:
Practice Jersey, Soccer Shoes, Shin-guards, Soccer Ball and Water-bottle.

*Lunch will be provided for purchase ($100 p/w).

Pricing per week:
TOCA players: $400
New players: $450

(*) $50 early bird discount for Toca players until January 31 (limited space available).

REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY
Fees are not refundable and not transferable. Your registration is a commitment to participate.

MEDICAL AND RELOCATION REFUND REQUESTS
In the event that a player is injured during the season and cannot play or practice for the remainder of the season, the Board may consider providing a partial refund. Families must submit a written request with a physician note to the registrar. In the event that a family relocates out of the area during the season the Board may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Families must submit a written request to the registrar. Please note that refundable amounts are time-sensitive as costs accrue to the Club for services provided to the team based on player headcount each month. Consequently, the refundable amount will be affected by the date you request the refund, not the date of the event.
