PRACTICE & TRAINING SCHEDULE

Fall Season: Most practice field permits begin the week of August 31 and run through mid-November 2026, with the exception of Norwood School, where permits begin the week of September 7. Teams will have two mandatory practices per week. The club may also offer optional additional training, including fitness and goalkeeper-specific sessions. These sessions are recommended for player development but are not mandatory. Availability and schedules for additional training will be confirmed during the season.
