Natural Grass Field

$100/hr for full field.
$120/hr for full field w/Lights.
Day rate - ask for details.
Additional costs: extra portable restrooms, lights - ask for details.
Outdoor field rental is available May 1 through November 1.

FACILITY SPECIFICATIONS

Portable Restroom located at field.
Power source available at field.
Various goals (2 full sided soccer goals, 2 9v9 or 7v7 soccer goals) available as part of rental.
Ability to host events.
Only lighted field operated by TOCA.
Ample parking located at field.

RENTAL RULES

A full set of the rules will accompany the rental contract.
The user shall not conduct any sales of food and/or beverage at the Complex.
No permanent or temporary advertising, signage or trademark visibility is allowed anywhere at the facility without prior written approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Weather: Full credit if facility is closed due to the weather.
There is a 5% administrative fee for all approved refunds.
