Cost and Payment Options:

Realizing that some of the kids will/might go on vacation for a few weeks, we have come up with 3 options.

• Cost:

Option 1 > Full Session (16 training sessions):
$350 per Kid

Option 2 > Half Session (Pick 8 days)
$250 per Kid

*Please specify the Dates you will attend

Option 3 > Daily (Pick specific days)
$35 per Kid

*Please specify the Dates you will attend

• Payment Options:

Payment can be completed in two ways: or Check.

****Please do not hand out payments to Coaches or Managers****
